Shrink sleeves and tamper-evidence applicators.
Applicators of shrink sleeves and tamper-evidence on plastic or glass bottles or containers of variable diameter and size. The sleeve length is programmable, allowing for full-body or cap-only applications, all with high precision thanks to the indexing system.
Depending on the size of the containers, the application speed can go up to 100 cycles per minute and the maximum diameter of a container is 9'' (with the Artyband 90). Containers can be circular, oval, or even rectangular. Format changeovers are quick and tool-free. Equipment normally sold with an electrical heat tunnel system.

The Tornado 600 auger filler is an ideal high-precision filling system for dry products, such as spices, powders or coffee. By changing the tooling, this system is very versatile, dosing all types of products in small or large quantities. Given its design, its accuracy is ±1% of the desired amount of product.

Combination scales to weigh several products of different weights and shapes for constant bag weight

The metal detectors can detect ferrous, non-ferrous and stainless-steel metals with a diameter as small as 0.4mm. Often installed on an inclined conveyor, they can be installed horizontally or vertically and are washdown.
Artypac is also able to supply integrated automatic rejection systems. They can be used for both solid and liquid products that are free, packaged, or free-falling.
Printers to print information on the plastic film
The printing systems distributed by Artypac allow you to print different information on the plastic film during the packaging process, such as an expiry date, batch code, ingredient list, bar code, QR code, etc.
